If you agree a deal with a buyer who found you through Surply, we invoice you a success fee of 5% of the agreed value, plus GST, falling to 3% on the portion above $20,000 and 2% on the portion above $50,000. The fee is never more than $2,500 on a deal, and never less than $250 — so on a deal under $5,000 you pay the $250 minimum rather than the percentage. Buyers pay nothing. Surply never holds the money for the goods: you invoice the buyer and they pay you directly.
